I use JustEat at least once a week, and I've doing it for a long time, which equates to hundreds of orders.
Support has been reasonable in the past, issuing refunds when an item is missing, or even when the food is delivered late and cold.
However... my latest experience indicates that Customer Support no longer really "support", and are hiding behind a "policy" that can't be overturned.
In my case, I paid £30 for a meal and only received (literally) half of it.
JustEat simply (and quickly!!) refused to offer me any compensation.
I even contacted the restaurant directly, and they said "sorry", but nothing else.
This is truly terrible service.
They are not what they used to be - probably from spending too much £ on TV ads instead of caring for customers.
Very disappointed, and will change to another food delivery services.
Because, luckily, there are others.
