Customer services that tell you blatant lies Told on monday the 12th april that my order for 2 roof brackets for the awning I purchased at the same time and was delivered on the 9th april would definitely be with me this friday as I explained I was going away this weekend ( Sunday) for a 10 day fishing/camping trip to Scotland Sat in all day losing a full days pay to find out at 3 o'clock this afternoon friday the 16th that they have not even left the factory. Absolutely fuming losing a days pay and will probably have to pay my fitter compo tomorrow for his wasted time. Next time I will not be buying online and I'm shocked at how bad the customer services are at JK is these days considering I've been a customer with these guys for over 10 years and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them to anyone these days for any of their services as they don't seem to care.
