I ordered 4 glass solar lights. They arrived 8 hours after the time I was given.
They were in their normal box with an address label stuck on it. No attempt to wrap them safely or label them fragile.
When I opened the box 2 were ok, one was in smithereens and the other had large cracks in it.
I emailed customer service straight away and received an auto email followed a day later by another one
Since then I've heard nothing other than a request to complete a questionnaire.
