“Shocking support and service. Was told my items would be delivered in 10-15 business days, no sign of them. No contact from Jysk to advise there would be a delay, no clue who the delivery company is as there was zero contact to confirm anything to do with my order - no tracking information, no tracking ID, no weekly, fornightly update to confirm where my items currently were. Abysmal service. Had to contact Jysk via Instagram to get onto them, phone and chat service non existent - only to be told firstly that the order would arrive today Friday 29th, then that actually that was incorrect - and the order would instead arrive in another 5 days time. Again, just taking this as gospel from a random agent on Instagram - no follow up email provided, no confirmation email, nothing. Worst support service I have ever dealt with and would never use them again. No items and out of pocket for over 400euro. Imagine paying 80euro to get a table and 4 chairs delivered, and not hear a peep out of Jysk or their delivery partner about where your items are. Joke!”
“As a danish person i was so excited to see they where now in The uk. I have grown up with this brand but oh my god do they just not Care.

Ordered a garden sofa a few weeks back all good after a few days i get a email from there logistics Company rheanus to Pick a delivery Day so i do you have to Be in for this and they only deliver monday to friday and Also can only Tell you The time frame on The Day so i book for a week ahead book a holiday Day all good
The Night before they cancel my delivery no explanation just cancel it
They send out another book a delivery Day
Once again i book as requested i speak to customer service to find out if its possible to book atleast a timeframe as to not waste another holiday its not so it is what it is
The night before they cancel again and now I don’t hear from them.
A day later I contact just customer care again who are very sorry send me a voucher tell me there logistic company is not very good so on again no resolution they can’t help or do anything say they will contact them if I don’t here back the next day
I don’t here back the next day again I contact jysk at no point do they follow up
Again they are very sorry apperently all of this is down to a broken van so nothing they can do I get nothing out of this conversation I ask kindly if there is a possibility to get it the delivered before the 20th as I have a big garden bbq planned and I get told they will speak to them and make sure I will be the first drop
And then a message comes through from the logistics company
For me to book a delivery for the 3rd time now
First available delivery date 22nd
So again that is what it is we sit on the grass not the end of the world atleast hopefully I will no receive my order
Last night I got confirmation it is arriving today so excited
We have booked another day off to be in
They are delivering early great
It’s a delivery of 3 boxes
The van only has 2 off the boxes
Driver doesn’t know why

I contact jysk again at 10am when customer service opened I get told let me find out and get back to you I’m like great fine I’m at this point really really feed up with this
At 1510 I give them a call back mainly cos I know the customer care line closes at 4pm and I still have not heard back
I speak to the same customer care agent who tells me yes we don’t know what’s happened it was deffo scanned onto the van we now need to contact the warehouse so hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday we can have it redelivered
At that point I asked them to cancel the order as I don’t want to book another day off to wait for another delivery
1. Sort out your logistics
2 . If there is a open case follow up and if you say you will get back to me get back to me
3 stop with the aggressive advertising when you yourself acknowledge that your logistic is not good enough you can not run a marathon on a broken leg
I am really disappointed now I’m awaiting the saga of pick up of the 2 boxes already here and making sure my refund will happen and I’m not holding my breath on either”
“Shocking company and customer service, I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere. I ordered garden furniture on the 9th May, the delivery has been cancelled 3 times (the box was damaged twice) and today we have now been told the item is no longer available. I think we have been strung along all this time and now they have told us the truth that they don’t have the item. After my experience, I recommend paying more for better customer service and reliability.”

How about JYSK wakefield you ring the customer and let them know where their paid for order is rather than me having to drive to the store to be told a lorry as not arrived. then to top it all the person I speak to on the phone in the store tells me it will arrive when it arrives lol and talks over me brushing of the fact im the customer.

“Purchased a 5 drawer oak TAPDRUP for €95, 8 weeks ago. From initial assembly the unit was badly designed in my opinion. Unit is flimsy, rocky, shelves don't always align correctly and since first use, 2 handles have fallen off as the screw/plastic rawl plugs provided are not adequate for the job. I am completely dissatisfied with the product. Returned to JYSK, Gulliver's Retail Park, D09YN34 for a refund only to experience the worst customer service ever. Accused by staff member of not assembling the unit correctly and then accused me of letting the unit fall claiming this was the reason it was rocky. All of these accusations are unfounded and frankly insulting and defamatory. Was offered €50 refund which I refused. Frankly, have never experienced such poor customer service, Staff need training in how to handle customer complaints. Will just submit a file to the small claims to get the refund and I will dump the unit. I will never buy in JYSK again. Stick with the other large BLUE place close by for your household needs.”
“I placed an order, was told it would be 2 weeks for delivery. Week and half later I phoned to enquire, was told yes product had come in and I could pick it up. Went to pick up to be told it’s not in. When I asked why was I told it was in when it isn’t was responded to with a shrug of the shoulders. Was then told it will be another week, this would now be 3 weeks. Went in to the store 3 weeks after order placed, to then be told it may be in on Monday!! Needless to say I cancelled my order. Really bad customer service, and I found the worse thing of all, was not getting any apologies. I will never shop there ever again!!”
“Recently I moved from flat into a big house and should buy many things for a comfortable living. Decided to order some items from Jysk and every time I order something online delivery becomes a problem. I we ordered 3 times for last few months. First time I did online order and been waiting delivery half day but it haven't arrived, second time I received my parcel in horrible condition like someone been dancing on it, third time half of my order been missing and it took Jysk 18 days to deliver missing items. I also need to mention that for every home delivery i paid 5,99£ and amounts of my order were 100£+ every time. Looks like the problem is in Jysk UK management at least in North West region. Won't be ordering online again. Customer service is very polite and fast.Quality of products are good.”
“I would give no stars if it was possible. Despite their website stating they do not take payment until item is out for delivery, they debited my account the day I ordered and, five weeks later, I have still not received delivery.
I have tried to contact the company but with no success.

“Went to my local Jysk in Bradford and chose garden chairs priced at £24 each. When I got to the till I was told they were now £30 each, a mistake had been made and the ticket hadn’t been changed. I told them that I wouldn’t pay £30, I would pay the ticket price of £24. I was told I could only have them at £30 and she quickly removed the £24 ticket before I could get a photo, saying it was human error. I understand they don’t have to sell at the ticketed price but it’s good customer service to do so. I also understand a fine of up to £5k can be imposed per wrong ticket if found by trading standards. So I could ave saved you £5k this morning Jysk and you could have displayed great service by honouring the price @ (£24 loss). Instead, you lost a customer for I will not shop with you again. A shame because I saw one or two things I liked.”

“Ordered a bedroom furniture set on 11th November, which included a bed frame, bedside table, wardrobe and drawers. Paid an extra £70 for delivery, on top of the cost of all the furniture. Told delivery would be between 10-20 days, however 30 days passed and nothing had been delivered. For the last (almost) 2 months we have called 3 separate times asking where the delivery is, and each time we’ve been told “it’ll be with you by the end of the week”. Finally, a delivery came, but ONLY 2 of the 4 items were delivered. Called yet again to complain and see where the rest of the furniture was, only to be told “it’ll be with you soon”. Absolutely disgusting service which seems to constantly be blamed on the delivery couriers, but we are never able to contact the couriers directly ourselves. To pay an extra £70 for advanced delivery only to have half an order delivered nearly 2 months after purchase date is ridiculous. We have tried to ask for a partial refund on the delivery cost at least, but we were only met with dismissive customer service. Extremely disappointed”

“Emailed customer service regarding a hallway coat and shoe rack that had missing parts, no response after 2 weeks. Phone number to call says “call centre is shut as dealing with emails”, live chat is never available. Now stuck with a piece of furniture that I can even build properly because of missing parts. “I ordered an item via click and collect but was never notified by the store (Bradford) that I could collect it. I emailed JYSK to enquire about this but never received any response except for the computer generated acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
I have shopped once in person at the Bradford store and, if the lacklustre, unmotivated and frankly anti-social guy on the till was anything to go by JYSK obviously, sadly, don't give two hoots about their customers.”
“DO NOT BUY THE CHEAP GOODS THEY ARE SELLING I went into the Cannock beach to purchase some furniture the staff was not very friendly never asked if I need any help after looking around I went to purchase some furniture I asked how much for all the items with delivery I was told a price I said ok can I order please then to be told oh sorry I worked it out wrong and it was more I said ok and paid for items to be delivered on the day the items was delivered the boxes looked like they had been thrown about I think they should be ok as it’s probably got good packing on opening my first box which had been taped together to find the first piece damaged I called the Cannock store to be told I need to go on live chat which I did to be told I need to call the store I did explain I had already done this and was told to do live chat I have asked for a manager to call me but still waiting I am really not happy with the service or it’s cheap products”
“I ordered 4 glass solar lights. They arrived 8 hours after the time I was given.
They were in their normal box with an address label stuck on it. No attempt to wrap them safely or label them fragile.
When I opened the box 2 were ok, one was in smithereens and the other had large cracks in it.
I emailed customer service straight away and received an auto email followed a day later by another one
Since then I've heard nothing other than a request to complete a questionnaire.”
