"Very poor customer service i have tried over 30 times to call and complain. I have received 2 broken chairs and none of the cushions i ordered. I have emailed 5 times just a generic we are busy will get back to you soon 2 weeks later and 0 contact not good enough!!"

"Da \u00faltima vez, comprei dessas pessoas. Paguei para entregar uma estrutura de cama e uma mesinha. O jovem entregador aparece em um caminh\u00e3o sem identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e sem ajudante. Portanto, a escolha era enviar tudo de volta e lidar com o lend\u00e1rio servi\u00e7o ruim ou ajudar o lado pobre a elevar tudo para dois andares, j\u00e1 que a estrutura da cama \u00e9 grande demais para o elevador. Aos 75 anos, com muitas fragilidades, deveria saber melhor. Ontem \u00e0 noite e hoje pago o pre\u00e7o da incompet\u00eancia. Explicamos a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vida aos vendedores que n\u00e3o consigo levantar muito, mas eles enviam uma pessoa. Eu os odeio para sempre"

Didnt realize when ordering items come from abroad or wouldnt not have ordered its only 2 garden chairs i did wonder why such high delivery charges at the time summer will be over by the time i receive them
”
