Iam 77yrs old recently had Hip Replacement Op ....in recovery I need new chairs as mine are now unsuitable .I purchased 2 chairs and arranged delivery for a week later ,paid extra for the furniture to be carried into my home .£50 in total.It was late delivery 8/30 pm ,apologies were made .....I had to beg the two men to actually take the chairs out of the boxes ....the one a heavy Recliner ,the other armchair and footstool were left unassembled...nobody had warned me of this .I was expected to sign a waiver .....I now am paying someone else to assemble it .....Very upsetting and poor service for an old lady living alone. Poor Service from Jysk and the Delivery company . I have no idea if the chair and footstool are ok....the Recliner seems fine ....V Pearson.

Recently I moved from flat into a big house and should buy many things for a comfortable living. Decided to order some items from Jysk and every time I order something online delivery becomes a problem. I we ordered 3 times for last few months. First time I did online order and been waiting delivery half day but it haven't arrived, second time I received my parcel in horrible condition like someone been dancing on it, third time half of my order been missing and it took Jysk 18 days to deliver missing items. I also need to mention that for every home delivery i paid 5,99£ and amounts of my order were 100£+ every time. Looks like the problem is in Jysk UK management at least in North West region. Won't be ordering online again. Customer service is very polite and fast.Quality of products are good.
