Taking too long with refunds. I contacted customer service to explain that I'd returned items on 8th April and you received on the 10th. I needed refund before Easter break in time for rent payment. The manager said it takes up to 21working days. I've been a long term customer and am most upset that they couldn't push this through faster from me after me explaining my rent situation. I've never known it to take so long. It's humiliating to be treated like my custom doesn't matter. I'm upset, to be honest
