“They will hold onto your funds for a month before issuing a refund. They make it hard to contact them - they send the bad news about their slow refund practice from a noreply email. This company is shady”
“Garbage clothes! It's impossible to buy anything since they add elastane garbage formaldehyde petroleum product to all their clothes. Not only is the fabric sweaty and rabidly itchy, it doesn't look good!! It doesn't keep its shape and gets frumpier and baggier as you wear it. IF you can wear it, that is: I'm allergic to that formaldehyde fiber. They RUIN ALL their clothes, by adding itchy synthetic fibers or wool to cotton. UGH! Who does that?! Who cares about colors when you can't buy their highly allergenic clothes and if you do, in a couple weeks you look a frump from all the elastane.
The company who will offer clothes in 100% natural fabrics in AFFORDABLE colors will become millionaires but not this UK company (And who wants to pay for shipping from UK $20 back and forth when you need to return?!) More and more people have developed fabric allergies, and they need to cater to our needs. How hard is it to make 100% cotton Tees & sweaters!? If yo need to mix your fabrics, then add viscose, lyocell or silk, but none of those itchy synthetics. They're also super unhygienic! Plus they're always out of the pretty colors. If they have them, you can be sure they won't have your size. Kettle is the pinnacle of Murphy's law!”
“This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an online retail store. I am trying to return items I purchased. Their online return process is experiencing difficulties and I am unable to generate a return label. I have tried calling their toll free number on numerous occasions only to get a busy signal every time. I have also sent numerous emails but have not received a response. This is atrocious and inexplicable behavior by a merchant and I will tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from them.”
