No, the issue was never "resolved" as you put it. Your customer service team manager (Carli) was rude to me and threatened to close my account because I was upset by the fact that you failed to send me a dispatch email for 9 days, and you concealed the fact for those 9 days that the belt I had ordered had been out of stock all that time, when it had showed as you having 6 of those belts and in stock when I placed the order. I am upset that you/Carli blamed me, the customer for being upset at your mistake, that you offered no apology, that you failed to inform me earlier and got me to keep phoning you to query the absence of a dispatch email, and that your customer service team closed ranks against the 'annoying' customer rather than accept your culpability. Actually I never want to deal with Kettlewell Colours again as a result. Great products. Appalling service.
