Lidl's Aldershot, Hampshire branch. Firstly, I must praise the store Manager Kripa - 5-stars. That's why I am prompted to post. Hardly ever spoke to her before. On 10.08.2021, she handled brilliantly an issue I had: calmly, politely listened, and then she logically addressed it, working with me, proving it was not related to the store or Lidl. That was very important. I have been shopping there since it opened. Never had to shop elsewhere if I could get the product quality and price there. ONLY after 3-4 weeks of no deliveries to the store, today I went and purchased bleach 2L elsewhere. Other staff I spoke to earlier on the matter have been good too. 17 or 18.08.2019, another member of staff evidently had 'clocked off' but still stopped to help me. A few years ago I saw someone doing a very diligent job, prompting me to say, "Where is the Manager when you need one?", meaning to see her do such a good job. Back came the reply, "I am the Manager." She is still there. Sorry, I can't post my name.
