Usually great prices and great products. Absolutely appalling customer services.
When a Parkside drill set on fire, Lidl not only failed to replace it, they took it back, failed to issue a replacement or refund, and for weeks on end refused to reply to calls or emails.
Right now I have no drill and no reply from Lidl.
Diabolical!
Please, please go to Aldi instead.
