On the 22nd January I bought a 180g pack of cold water prawns from Lidl and it only contained 159g of prawns . Tweets and emails to customer services and a request from them for my email address, which I supplied remain unanswered.
I also contacted customer services by telephone on 27th February and was assured that I would receive a response within 10 days. I did not.
I purchased another pack this week and that only had 163grams of prawns.
I rang again today and was assured I would receive a response by the end of today. I am not surprised that I didn't.
No contact, other than requesting my email address, from them in 7 weeks.
