5 weeks ago I was in the Malton North Yorkshire store. My turn at the till and the female assistant paused to blow the snotiest longer nose blow into a small tissue it was on her hands. Before she touched my shopping I said are you going to wash your hands! Or use a sanitizer? She was very rude and said no I don't have any and it's people coming in here that have given me this! In order to try to preserve the Lidle reputation i emailed customer services. I have not had a reply which has surprised me. If I had been working with the Environmental health department they would have been in trouble. Sort your customer service communication and staff hygiene and attitude out.
