Bought mini oven over year ago stopped working got in touch with customer service
Who took details put me thru to germany (english spoken) took some details sent returns lable packet it up ,took it to near by pick up shop for ups it was picked up same day (fri) recived email few days later new one delivered following friday ,cant get better than that.
