The Lidl plus rewards scheme is absolute rubbish. My £100 monthly spend wasn’t registered apparently even though I scanned the app each time I shopped. I miss out on my £2 reward voucher which means I will now be shopping elsewhere..... when i queried it then didn’t want to know.
Terrible customer service ☹️
