As with all the other poor reviews my experience has been the same.
Unacceptably long time just to pack your order let alone deliver it.
Emails do get answered, three days later.
You have to call the group that owns them which is Pet Spectrum Group on 01707 927827 but no one answers any of the options.
Totally disgraceful excuse for a business!
I will never shop there again.
