Daylight robbery avoid at all costs never received my order which I’m out of pocket £55 no contact number never reply back to emails should be closed down

I would like many give a zero rating, I think this should now be made a rating. Terrible company, ordered 26th June, money taken Still no email to say on its way, read reviews and then looked at companies house and said no longer trading. Contacted PayPal and requested refund, which has been done. Finally did get a reply and told them they need to look at everything, how can these people be allowed to trade - Do not ordered, buyer BEWARE !!!! Shame good price, all for my little hedgehog friends 🧡

Ordered six items - received one .Ordered 20 kg sunflower hearts £23 - arrived,also 4 1kg bags peckish extra goodness at £17 and 5kg peanuts at £13.99.The last two items not received and this is £31 out of an order of £54.As an 85 year old I am really upset - that is a huge loss of money for me.

the worst company ever, I am just about to do a charge back on my credit card, Do not buy from this company, worst customer service ever and nobody answers your calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Graham, I ordered 2 bags of budgie seed on may 2nd. On may 6th I still hadn't received my order. I emailed little peckers every day, always to be told bcos of staff sickness and bank holiday all deliveries are late leaving our premises. I continued emailing them every day until order was delivered on may 14th. I expected an earlier delivery but it did arrive so now happy. Thanks.

Very reliable company, I place an order for a few items, one of the items wasn't delivered it were a problem with the couriers so I contacted little peckers I got a prompt response and they kept me informed, I would highly recommend this company 💯

I bought a box of 50 fat balls or should I say cement balls as even our local Wood pecker cannot eat them, the squirrels tun their nose at them, also the tits can't eat them as they are so solid I tried smashing them with a hammer to make it easier for the birds,and still they don't touch them. I have used little Pecker's for years but no more. Clivanas Gloucester.

I waited for weeks for them to ship my order of pet food and had to chase it up. Slow to respond and after they finally did bother to ship it, it was inadequately packaged in a flimsy box despite being a 20kg package. The whole box fell apart and the bag was ripped open and leaking everywhere and was dumped by their courier in my garden. It was totally infested with bugs when I found it and entirely worthless. I emailed customer service to complain including photos of the package as it had been delivered. They asked me for a chat transcript from the courier (it’s not my job to contact them?) and demanded I write out by hand a document and sign it for their benefit! They told me I should weigh the amount of wasted food for them!!! No thanks I’m not touching bug infested dirty food off the floor. They admitted that they have a lot of products that get split open in transit so clearly they don’t care about how poor their packaging is. I was absolutely disgusted with the service and even more so the aftercare. I had asked for my order to be replaced which I thought was warranted given the situation but they weren’t willing to do that and insisted that I as an innocent customer jump through their ridiculous hoops to get recompensed for only the food on the ground despite the bag being entirely contaminated now. Perhaps the staff at little peckers are happy to feed their beloved pets contaminated food but I draw the line there. I did not pay to receive dirty bug infested food but clearly that’s what I got. Avoid this company at all costs, if anything goes wrong you will have to take it up with your bank as their customer service is absolutely shocking.

Order did not turn up...have emailed their so called customer service several times and no response. Have tried calling and no answer. Not sure how I can even get my money back..AVOID.

Still awaiting order after 10 days, communications terrible not answering emails, no phone number. My advice avoid Little Peckers.

Shame 0 star is not an option they well deserve it. Should've read the reviews before placing my order but "should'ves dont' count" as my very wise friend once told me. Shall never ever order from this abysmal company.

Absolutely rubbish customer service . They don't give you a phone number and they don't reply to any emails. They have sent a parcel to the wrong address and I have failed completely to connect them with the correct address, I will never use them again

Have ordered on line and cannot get any information regarding delivery. They were in the past very good but I don't think I will use them again

Simply appalling online service. No responses to emails either directly or using the online form. No answer to the telephone number - it rings constantly with no answer. I'd give it a review of 0 if I could. Having placed an order, after 4 days it says it "has been shipped" and supplies the tracking (Yodel...say no more) and yet 3 days after it was "shipped", Yodel don't show it as received. What a cowboy outfit.
