“Graham, I ordered 2 bags of budgie seed on may 2nd. On may 6th I still hadn't received my order. I emailed little peckers every day, always to be told bcos of staff sickness and bank holiday all deliveries are late leaving our premises. I continued emailing them every day until order was delivered on may 14th. I expected an earlier delivery but it did arrive so now happy. Thanks.”
