“AVOID!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. Ordered placed, confirmation email received, money taken from my account - then nothing. Nothing sent. No responses to emails. AVOID!!!!”

“I am awaiting an order 19 Mar, I have emailed several times. There is NO sensible telephone number. They used to be reliable but my current advice is steer clear.”

“I ordered 4 boxes of Berry Nuggets but only one box delivered I tried to ring the company but there is no telephone number available. I left email message but as yet no reply. I have since seen all the bad reviews posted for this Company and I do not expect to receive the remaining three boxes . do not use this company if ordering online”

“I've had orders before and had no problem. This time, I placed an order 11th July and never received anything. I've sent emails..they don't answer them. I've tried phoning..phone doesn't connect. It's the 21st July now..so going to try and get my money back. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!”

“I have ordered from Little Peckers, previous orders I have had to chase up on being told that they were waiting on stock. Unfortunately my last order they sent 4 of the incorrect product, I have now contacted them twice and no response in 7 days. Do not order from them, go elsewhere. It may cost more but at least you'll get the right items and they'll actually turn up”

“I ordered the wrong item and before it was despatched i emailed customer service to cancel the item and pay the difference on the correct item but i never heard anything. I have emailed them 5 times and tried calling (some automated message) but have had no response. Avoid buying anything from this company”

“Ordered 3 20kg sacks of different bird food only 2 arrived and company are ignoring all emails. No phone number available so might have to chase through credit card chargeback. Had things from here before no problem. Won't be using again”

“Ordered sunflower seeds and peanuts online. Sunflower seeds arrived but no peanuts. Have emailed but got no response. Can’t get through on the phone. Think the company must be in a financial trouble.”

“I would like many give a zero rating, I think this should now be made a rating. Terrible company, ordered 26th June, money taken Still no email to say on its way, read reviews and then looked at companies house and said no longer trading. Contacted PayPal and requested refund, which has been done. Finally did get a reply and told them they need to look at everything, how can these people be allowed to trade - Do not ordered, buyer BEWARE !!!! Shame good price, all for my little hedgehog friends 🧡”

“Ordered six items - received one .Ordered 20 kg sunflower hearts £23 - arrived,also 4 1kg bags peckish extra goodness at £17 and 5kg peanuts at £13.99.The last two items not received and this is £31 out of an order of £54.As an 85 year old I am really upset - that is a huge loss of money for me.”

“I bought a box of 50 fat balls or should I say cement balls as even our local Wood pecker cannot eat them, the squirrels tun their nose at them, also the tits can't eat them as they are so solid I tried smashing them with a hammer to make it easier for the birds,and still they don't touch them. I have used little Pecker's for years but no more. Clivanas Gloucester.”
