This is the SECOND delivery gone out to my old address where I no longer live and new people I do not know now live there. I've updated my new address on my account but both my old and new address show on my account. I also put in my new address each time I ordered my items. To delete or change my old address, littlewoods require I send in proof of address????? I've never my life been ask for proof of address for buying a pair of boots! The online purchasing process is a nightmare. You have to jump through a million hoops and verification to purchase an item.
