I purchased a bike on 28th December 2021 (paid €1,600), with a delivery date of 21 January 2022. It didn't arrive so when I called Littlewoods they confirmed the bike had been shipped to Ireland and was with the couriers - DHL, who they blamed for the delay. When I called back the following week I was told that it was still with DHL in Ireland and that they had escalated it to DHL. Still no sign of the bike so when I phoned again on 1 Feb 2022, I'm actually told it is still in England and was never shipped. (Although they had told me they had spoken with the shippers who confirmed it was delivered to Ireland!) Lies. I told Littlewoods that I wanted a refund...and I'm told that they cannot give me a refund for at least 14 days as they have to wait for the bike to be returned to their depot! Since they hadn't a clue what country the bike was in for 5 weeks, I told them I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks for them to find it and return it to their depot. Computer says no was their reply. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same rubbish. Appalling service and as a regular customer, I am furious. Never again and I wouldn't trust a word their customer service says. Avoid Littlewoods at all costs.
