I have never ever experienced such atrocious customer service....... why, because they do not know the meaning of the words. Placed an order for Xmas 2020, on 4th December, after 2 weeks no parcel so decided I couldn't leave it any longer and orderd the same item from a REPUTABLE Company, and it arrived the VERY NEXT DAY, ALSO £20 CHEAPER. My Lost Rockstar parcel eventually arrived FAR TOO LATE...... In the meantime I sent several emails enquiring about my parcel, with absolutely ZERO RESPONSE. I am now in communication with Clearpay, who have been helpful, but my issue is still not resolved. I am now stuck with a duplicated item of £100 that I have no use for, and I am still having to pay for as it seems that Clearpay are also having correspondence problems with them.
