I feel upset and treated so badly by your company. The e mails I have received are patronising and rude. I paid nearly £6 for next day delivery for my sons birthday as he loves fashion. 5 days later I'm still waiting. Your customer service sent me the guidance on Royal Mail and just said it wasn't their fault. Now that is not the point! Good customer
Service is respectful and sometimes recognising that an apology and a refund of a very small amount can go a very long way. My son spends £100s of pounds on fashion and loves this site for £6 you have lost much more. Disgusted.
