If only it was possible to put 0 stars. I have honestly never received such a poor service. I ordered a pair of jeans on the 24th of November. After about a week or so they still hadn’t arrived so I contacted lost rockstar asking if my order had got lost as it hadn’t arrived. I received an email saying your jeans are out of stock, no apology just that I would receive a refund. I received no phone call or email to notify me that this was the case. I was obviously very annoyed. I asked when the refund would be sent and was told 30 working days which is just ridiculous. I received further emails in capital letters trying to pin the blame on myself for their poor service, again still no apology. I emailed asking when the 30 days was from receiving a reply saying 30 days from when to item is received in the warehouse. How can I return an item I never received? I have sent further emails the last one being replied to last Monday asking when the 30 days is from which have just been ignored. Honestly if you have any sense please don’t waste your money on these cow boys. I’ll be very surprised if my refund ever arrives.
