I have emailed Lost Rockstar several times and have not had a response. I am still awaiting my refund postage due to sending the faulty flip flops back. I have also tweeted but again no response!! I!!
They have asked me to change my review but would like to show everyone my experience of this company.
I have now contacted the financial ombudsman.

I have emailed Lost Rockstar three times asking what I need to do with regards to sending the flip flops back after breaking within 1 day of wearing them and they have not responded! :-(
Today I received a refund for the flip flops but am still awaiting my £3.95 for returning the faulty flip flops!
Can you please email me to confirm you have refunded my postage as you are not answering my emails ?!
