They only sent half of the order. I emailed them as they asked (they hide their phone number) and they ignored me for 2 weeks. I am still trying. AVOID the company. 11/5/19 - Further to your reply to my review. 1. you have ignored about 5 emails. That is rude and very poor customer service. You don't provide any other way of contact. Very poor customer service. 2. you were not standing here when I opened the hoodie package and ONE hoodie dropped out so how you can have "checked this" I don't know. I am still awaiting a refund on ONE hoodie. Still a dreadful company despite your publicly nicey, nicey reply.
