I made my order with Lost rockstar over a month ago the dispatch email was quick and I expected a prompt delivery. As it still stands over a month later I am still to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails to which initially I had only a Royal Mail tracking number which wasn’t active or working, further emails were sent and ignored and I had a unhelpful and rude reply telling me to take up my grievances with Royal Mail. I have had no assurance from the company with any of the issues and have found the customer service rude and extremely unhelpful to the point where emails have been ignored. I contacted Royal Mail on the 21st May as the online reporting tool didn’t recognise the tracking number to be told it had never been processed into there system by the business user lost rockstar so had never been In their system for delivery. Despite an urgent email request asking for a resolution to this issue I have yet to receive any correspondence from the company despite this clearly been their issue. Overall this is easily the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using online and would not consider ever using them again would strongly advise people to against using them due to the issues I have highlighted. I am financially out of pocket and don’t foresee the company assisting me in resolving this issue anytime soon.
