After ordering and not receding anything after a full week despite paying extra for quicker delivery, I contacted them via their website. A week later still no response and still no goods arrived. I then contacted them again via their website telling them to either contact me or I would be driving to their offices to get a refund. I received the following email from their customer services team “Ok ten men, your tracking number is 3204823990000D4A124F8 Please check with royal mail when they will deliver.” Rude response, so I replied; “Well what else do you expect when my order hasn’t been delivered and you’ve just ignored my first query.. not really ten men is it - not even an apology for the delay or anything. Got a lot to learn about customer service and keeping repeat business. That tracking number is a waste of time, see below screenshot. Not even attempted to deliver yet. When was it posted?” To which they replied “ ITS NOT INVALID IT JUST SAYS AN UPDATE WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED THEY HAVENT ATTEMPTED DELIVERY YET. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER - CALL THEM!” Probably the worst customer service experience ever received, and being so aggressive when they are in the wrong delaying sending my goods and ignoring my initial query. Doubt they will have many repeat customers or much of a business at all if this is how they plan to carry on trading...
