poor customer service. received the email that it said the parcel has been dispatched for 2-3 times but never arrived. I had a live chat with them but all they did , just apologised and kept lying but never say when the item will be delivered. Can't believe that it takes more than 4-5 months + to receive a small item ( a pendant light) Totally wasting my time and now still waiting for it!!!! Avoid !!!! Do not buy anything from them
