I bought a tv cabinet for £450. It took weeks to arrive. When it did it had a paintwork flaw. I opted to return it for a refund. That took another 3 weeks. By the time the tv cabinet was returned the company was in receivership. I never got my refund. The worst thing was they must have known when they let me return it that they were about to go out of business yet they let me send it back. Had I known about their problems I would have kept the cabinet and tried to sell it to try to recoup some of my loss. I’m out £450! I can’t even tell you not to deal with this company because they are no longer around to swindle you. Terrible!

Joke. I paid £500 + for lights for my house. They told me 3 weeks ago they were shipped. (LIES) and now they're telling me they're closing down and cannot give me my money back or send me the products. That's called THEFT!

Lamp was supposed to arrive in three packages, I only received two of them. Now I have two boxes of lamp parts which I can't use because it's missing an important part. MADE.com are creating different excuses each time and won't refund me.

Purchased 8 dining chairs, 6 of which have now broken. MADE have been nothing but obstructive and unhelpful, even though their own independent inspector confirms their is an inherent design/manufacturing fault with the chairs. Currently seeking a refund via my credit card, otherwise it will be small claims court!

Absolutely appalling customer service. My partner and I were previously customers with Made for a separate item, but purchased a sofa bed through a third party. One leg broke, and I felt it would be a simple case of asking to buy a replacement part and then purchasing it. Not the case. MADE have been incredibly disrespectful over the course of two hours of conversations. Cutting my conversation twice while I was speaking, and telling me "It also wouldn't be our decision in what you would prefer to do with your Sofa Bed." It seems that, for numerous conflicting and arbitrary reasons, they choose not to supply a replacement part for a product of theirs. Suggesting I can go elsewhere, or bin the entire sofa bed as it's pretty useless without a fourth leg. Who better to speak to than the company that created it, surely? They have told me they have the parts available, that they can supply them, but because this wasn't an official order through their website they simply don't want to due to some absolutely wild backwards policy. Insane that a company can behave as they have and not look to solve a completely easy to solve problem. That they would choose to refuse on numerous levels for absurd reasons is beyond me. Buy a product from them if you like, but make sure you never destroy any part of it. I would strongly advise you keep away from them.

Waited 16 weeks for a small sofa bed. Was led to believe it was being made on the continent, but turns out it shipped from China. That aside, the product looks very nice for a £420 sofa, but it is totally unusable. The foam is uneven and lumpy, and you can literally feel the bars under you when you sit or lie down. Never should have trusted the reviews on their website or TrustPilot! Returning asap.

Awful service from Made.com - do not buy from here. After spending hundreds of pounds with them over a few months, they would not accept a simple exchange for a product MORE expensive than the one I’d bought - just because it was over 30 days, even though brand new. A retailer who cares about customer service would be flexible here…. Especially when you want to spend more money with them. Baffling. Customer service just fobbed me off with sending me standard T&C links continuously. Not helpful

The most painful customer service experience. No actual customer care. Force you to return items individually and charge you for the privilege. Pay to receive it and pay to return it so no matter what out of pocket, and the return charge is yours even when faulty. Horrific company

Beware - 10 year guarantee is not a 10 year guarantee and you cannot trust information provided by the customer service team. We bought a sofa from Made.com in Nov 2020 and earlier this year we noticed an issue with one of the legs that we believed was covered by their 10 year sofa guarantee. On contacting customer services we were told that we needed to cover the cost (£60) of an inspection by home serve to establish if the issue was down to a manufacturing fault with the promise of a refund if that were the case. We went ahead and had the inspection and the report clearly stated that is was a manufacturing fault and the cost of repair would be £216. We contacted made.com and were given written confirmation that they would cover the cost of the repair but again we would need to cover the cost and claim a refund from them. The sofa was successfully repaired and all invoices provided to made.com and we got written confirmation that a refund would be provided. the inspection (£60) was refunded almost immediately but the cost of the repair (£216) was not. On chasing made.com the new message was that they would cover a depreciated amount of the repair cost (started at £104 but after complaint raised to £157). They claim that their T&Cs make this clear but I do not accept this (see section 11 - of the T&Cs) but also that during the 3 previous interactions with them we had been misled by their team and that they were no longer able to provide the full refund which they has provided written confirmation of. Buyer beware!!!

This is the first time I have got problem with MADE.COM deliveries. I ordered in the past smaller items and I had no problems. At the beginning of July I ordered a big wardrobe and it was supposed to arrive at the beginning of August. I planned to get rid of my old ones to make space for the new one and it never arrived. In the website there are no updates and the customer service told me that the delivery is possible just on the 20th of October. I can't cancel my order and I am also not sure it will be arriving. This is a really unprofessional behaviour and I am extremely disappointed.

I havent bought from them as I've checked out the reviews after seeing their advertising on you tube They don't even acknowledge the reviews so I keep away.. hopefully they're reading this and realise that a potential customer won't give them a chance either.. sound like a nightmare shop online. Not what we need at this moment in time

Good luck getting your purchase and/or informations from the customer service. Bought a Sofa at the end of may. It was promised an "express delivery" in 5 days, I planned it for July (due to moving reasons). At the end of August I still don't know where the sofa is, when it would arrive and in which state. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. In general, the customer service at MADE.com is a joke. None knows anything and no answers are available. The most outraging part was when someone wrote me “we will keep you updated as we did so far” after I had to contact them because I recieved NO UPDATE that my “express delivery” wouldn’t arrive. And to get my order cancelled? The first reply has been "we can't cancel your order anymore", had to ask again to have it cancelled and refunded, and then for them to accept...

The first order I placed I ordered 4 chairs to make a set. Only two arrived and then a few days later after I'd already unpacked and started using them, they said that the other two wouldn't be coming and that they didn't have the colour anymore. More recently I ordered another matching set of four chairs. One was the wrong colour. Been through two sets of queries to try and get it replaced. Still no response and this is 4 weeks later. Avoid this company like the plague if you actually want to get the stuff you ordered.

This is definitely the worst company! Should have gone by the reviews really! Delivered poorly packed items that were obviously doomed to break. Now you can never get communication with them! They will frustrate the life off of you. Horrible chatting system that keeps you om que forever and taking you back, you can never get them on phone, just so so so nasty and annoying

Absolute trash furniture the surface has bubbled up and is peeling off after a year and it was expensive, literally the worst quality furniture I've ever owned I can't believe it's legal to sell this garbage.

Dealing with this company is an absolute nightmare. Do not trust any estimated delivery times. After 6 instead of 3 month we received a completely broken piece of furniture. I had to contact them multiple times so that they would finally send someone to pick up the huge pile of trash. And last but not least they do not care about their obligation to send a new piece. They just wanted to give me a refund, which is super unsatisfying after 6 month of waiting ...

I am furious with Made.com's complete lack of respect and customer arbitrage play. We ordered a Zambra Garden Dining set on the 14th July, labelled as in stock (so due for shipping in 5 days). Shortly after taking our money the order was delayed, but we were happy to wait. Fast forward a few weeks, with shipping imminently due, and Made.com have cancelled our order and now re advertised the exact same set for £100's more. Really disgusting behaviour for a repeat customer.
