Awful service from Made.com - do not buy from here. After spending hundreds of pounds with them over a few months, they would not accept a simple exchange for a product MORE expensive than the one I’d bought - just because it was over 30 days, even though brand new. A retailer who cares about customer service would be flexible here…. Especially when you want to spend more money with them. Baffling.
Customer service just fobbed me off with sending me standard T&C links continuously. Not helpful
