This is the first time I have got problem with MADE.COM deliveries.
I ordered in the past smaller items and I had no problems.
At the beginning of July I ordered a big wardrobe and it was supposed to arrive at the beginning of August. I planned to get rid of my old ones to make space for the new one and it never arrived. In the website there are no updates and the customer service told me that the delivery is possible just on the 20th of October.
I can't cancel my order and I am also not sure it will be arriving.
This is a really unprofessional behaviour and I am extremely disappointed.
