Bought a light fitting and a light bulb. They light bulb arrived, the light fitting never arrived. I contacted customer support through chat - they only way to contact them - but each time I get another answer: the light fitting is on its way, the currier had lost your parcel, the light fitting has not arrive in the warehouse yet...
Each customer support personnel promises to check and get back to me, but nobody got back to me. and they won't refund because according to the currier tracking the parcel is on its way... for 4 weeks! madness!
