Like so many others, my order has been repeatedly delayed with no end in sight. No communications letting me know, no reponse to my enquiries. Got cut off on the live chat with no reply. They took my money 3 months ago and won't even tell me if my order (which I should have received a month ago) will ever show up. Loads of marketing emails though. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, will never use again.
