Never again!
I’ve accepted delays in the past. But I am waiting now 4 months and counting for a couch that I ordered for a specific purpose. It was meant to be 8-10 weeks. Now I will be leaving Germany and it still has not been delivered. Constant delays and completely inadequate, rude and unhelpful customer service.
I was a loyal customer before, now I will never again purchase from this company and advise everyone else to avoid at all costs!
