Broken Lule Chair - I bought office chair (Lule) and one year later its leg is broken. I was just sitting on that chair and I fell down. When I reported this to customer service they said , according to their quality team it was unclear to them where the fault was located, and could not assume that it was a production error. !!!! A total disappointment.
