Poor products and poor customer service at made.com. Received a sofa bed with thousands of five star reviews. It is so uncomfortable, it cannot be used as a bed, even with a 4 inch mattress topper. Made.com will take it back but only if I pay them £44 delivery. The item is not fit for purpose.
I query how made.com items receive so many 5* reviews when the reality is clearly quite different.
