Lovely products but dreadful customer service. For me, it's the customer service which can make all the difference. I ordered three lampshades, two of which were not quite the colour I expected, so I returned them. I didn't realise that you have to pay for both delivery and returns (my fault for not checking the small print I suppose), so buying and returning any item below about £20 turns out to be a far more expensive experience than you might have thought. In addition, several months on, I am still chasing my refund for the returned items - despite two emails and a phone call! Sorry, Made.com, but no matter how lovely your products, I will not be shopping with you again.
