Horrific customer service that exists for the sole purpose of frustrating the customer until they simply give up. Absolutely everything I have ordered from them has had an issue and customer service makes it that much more painful.
My most recent experience, however, is the final straw. A rug I bought started falling apart from the day I took it out of the packaging and they are refusing to acknowledge it is defective and accept a return.
