They overpromised on delivery times and we ended up waiting 14 weeks for delivery.
They put the wrong code in on their end, for a different material, so after 14 weeks wait, we didn't even get what we ordered.
We now find ourselves without sofas and having to start all over again as they say it would take another 12 weeks to get a new order - and of course no speedy refund even though it's been their fault all along.
Wouldn't touch them again with two barge poles end-to-end. Appalling customer service where not even an apology was forthcoming
