Bought two concrete resin tops. Media unit now has stress fractures running across it. They sent someone from Homeserve who invalidated the claim and said i had obviously damaged it. Didn't have a clue about concrete and basically inferred that because I have children, they have damaged it!.
Furniture Ombudsman next as only had unit 3 months!.
