Said delivery in 2 days.
2 weeks later, they don't know where my order is. Countless emails and they just repeat "we're working on it, more information when we get it".
Rude and useless. Unfortunately I can't cancel the order as it's compensation from a previous order where, surprise surprise, the same thing happened.
