Having a terrible time getting hold of anyone regarding our order which was 6-8 weeks delivery but has now jumped to 16+ weeks without any explanation. Tried phoning multiple times, emailing and now Live Chat seems to be gone - total nightmare. We had such a good experience with Made.com in the past but after this we've lost all confidence in them :(
