I would never deal with made .com again I am stuck with two chairs the wrong colour . NO customer service. NO one ever answers the phones. I am unsure that my written queries are being received as no one ever responds. It seems that there is a sophisticated complaints /returns procedure in place but it is designed to be so to be so to be to be so difficult that we give up . Disgrace do not know how they get a way with
it .
