Customer service staff have no idea what they are doing. I have been in contact with them 7 times over the past 2 weeks to help them track a return for an item I never received.
Every member of staff I have spoken to are unable to locate the item or give me any time line of when they expect to receive the item. I can see on the BJS system that the item was sent to them a week ago.
Customer service staff are unhelpful, the one I had yesterday was not listening and was joking around with a co worker.
Will not be ordering from MADE again.
