WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
I can't even comment on Made.com customer service as they have non.
I've had no response on any of my e-mails nor does anyone ever answer the phones. Also their is no online chat available as they claim.
I had no update on my item that was supposed to be delivered a week ago since their online tracker does not actually track anything, it only gives you and estimated delivery date when you order which never change.
I am starting to think this is a bogus site that took my money and ran, I hope not
