Shockingly bad customer service and communication. I'm £400 out of pocket with no item to show for this and no sign of a refund. Tried phoning numerous times only to be left on hold for 20 minutes plus and have yet to have a call answered. No responses to emails "sorry we're a bit behind, try calling us"
First time using this site and absolutely the last. Complete joke. AVOID AT ALL COST.
