I ordered two items and only one item came. I waited a week or two as I thought maybe it was on back order. Three weeks later I received an email stating that I had received both items and asked for a review. It was then I let them know that had not received my blouse. They sent me two emails asking for the details and requested that I send a photo of the box without the item. I didn't take a photo as I didn't think there was a problem. I requested the blouse or a refund. I have not received a reply. It is really frustrating. I have never experienced this type of customer treatment before.
