The catalogue is spiffy, the customer service non-existent, and the clothes were either too small or too large.
I was surprised that the return is through DSL, not the usual UPS or USPS that most concerns use. It was complicated finding a DSL office.
With hope there will no issues with my funds being refunded. I may be writing an even more scathing follow-up review. In short, I will not order from them again.
