I have an outstanding order for a trouser suit going back to February this year and still not received anything even an update or apology
Every time I call I get the same message that they are having some technical problems
I used to buy most of my clothes from Madeleine but have lost all confidence and respect for this company
Please refund my money which I am entitled too !!!
